Indoor golf space requirements

Minimum Requirements Room Size Indoor Golf

Here you will find a short guide to the minimum amount of space you need to play indoors!

Below you can see a sketch of how much space you really need for your indoor experience.

Room height indoor golf

Depending on your height, the following rule of thumb applies
Your height plus 80 cm is the minimum height of the room to be able to play freely and without fear of hitting the racket on the ceiling.

So if you are 180 cm tall, your room should be 260 cm high so that you can play.

However, this value is very subjective and depends very much on your own swing style, as well as your personal feeling when you swing the club, whether it suits you or not.

Ceiling heights of 280 cm or more are ideal for a golf room. With this ceiling height, you can play freely even if a basketball player wants to play in your room.

System heights - the system must be installed in this area above the floor (vertical)
Skytrak / Uneekor Eye Mini / GC3 are operated on the ground.
Overhead camera system Uneekor, ProTee, Trackman iO = min. 260 cm / max. 310 cm

Minimum requirement GSK systems - full size systems (right and left-handed)

The ideal space for our GSK Full Size systems would be 500 x 600 cm or more.
However, a court with a width of 450 cm and a length of 500 cm is also sufficient to play on the full-size systems.

The systems can be operated safely from a room height of 280 cm and we can use the MID Size Box for this room.

Depending on the design and order, we use a Hitting area of 200 x 55 cm, or a hitting turf without a floor structure measuring around 300 x 200 cm.

Minimum requirement GSK Systems - Single Hand
